1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

• If the cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• If you wish to return the product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.

3. Auto-Cancellation by Raja Ghee

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• If the product is out of stock or unavailable.

• If there is a payment issue or fraudulent transaction detected.

• If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.

• If there are unforeseen logistical challenges that prevent delivery.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

• If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is applicable, but cancellation can be processed before shipping.
